The most complex recipe in this selection is for those who want a wow effect. Although in fact everything is simple. Pancakes on kefir are baked according to the classic recipe, it's only a matter of entourage. Bacon chips are cooked on a baking sheet in 10-15 minutes. Mix room temperature kefir with baking soda and then with the other ingredients. Fry pancakes on medium heat on both sides until golden brown (about 1 minute on each side) in a preheated pan greased with butter.
- Kefir 1%: 300 ml
- Soda: 5 g
- Sugar: 60 g
- Salt: 1 g
- Wheat flour: 150 g
- Butter: to taste

Heat the cream to 60 degrees, whisk with chocolate until smooth, pour into a deep container and cool in the refrigerator.

Lay the bacon on a baking sheet, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and bake at 170 degrees for 10-15 minutes, then dry on a napkin.
