Baked trout seasoned with aromatic spices and lemon acquires a tender texture and exquisite citrus note. A side salad with crunchy Chinese cabbage, cucumbers, and sweet peppers dressed with mayonnaise adds lightness and freshness. Baked potatoes with butter complete the dish, providing a homely comfort.
