Boil pasta or noodles.
- Pasta: 250 g

Pass the meat (beef, lamb, pork) through a meat grinder, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place it in a heated pan with oil, then fry on low heat. When the meat is ready, pass it through the grinder again, add 2 tablespoons of broth or pasta water, and mix well. Fried onions can also be added to the meat.
