Mix orange juice with vegetable oil, a pinch of salt, pepper, dry ginger, and crushed garlic.
- Orange juice: 500 ml
- Olive oil: 50 ml
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Ground ginger: to taste
- Garlic: 6 cloves

Pour the mixture over the chicken legs. Let them marinate in the fridge for six hours.
- Chicken legs: 6 pieces

After six hours, pour the contents of the pot into a deep baking dish.

Place halved plums on top of the chicken.
- Red plums: 1 kg
