Meat patties are a tender and juicy dish from French cuisine that captivates with its taste and texture. Their preparation combines classic gastronomic tradition: minced beef, soaked bread, and aromatic spices create softness, while herbs add freshness. Thanks to the stewing process in a saucepan, the patties acquire a velvety consistency and rich flavor. They pair wonderfully with mashed potatoes, vegetables, or a light sauce, making them a versatile option for both family dinners and exquisite festive tables.
