We prepare the lamb leg by making a vertical cut from top to bottom to completely remove the bone.

Prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients in a large bowl. Place the lamb in the bowl and rub it with the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and chill. Let it sit for 6 to 48 hours.
- Lemon: 3 pieces
- Mutton: 2000 g

- Oregano: 30 g
- Dry white wine: 200 ml
