Cut the meat into small pieces (thickness – 1 cm). Add onion sliced into half rings and finely chopped garlic. Season with soy sauce, bay leaf, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut the apples into 8 slices. First, remove the seeds from the apples.

Place the meat in a heatproof dish and arrange the apples on top. Put it in an oven preheated to 250 degrees and bake for about 45 minutes until done. Before serving, cut the meat into portions and garnish each piece with apple slices.
