Roast the sesame in a dry pan until golden brown.

Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet.
- Vegetable oil: 30 ml

Place the meat in a single layer in the pan and pour the sauce. Simmer for 6 minutes.

Flip the meat to the other side and cook for another 6 minutes or longer until the meat is done.
