Chicken loves fruit, and it gets along especially well with tangerines, the juice of which saturates the dry meat of the breast well.

Break the broccoli into small florets.

Strain through a sieve, pour the mandarin juice into a saucepan, add sugar, several large pieces of ginger, cardamom, and a star anise. Reduce the juice by three times.
