Salt and pepper the salmon, fry it in a well-heated non-stick pan, first on the skin side (pressing with a spatula for 40 seconds to make the skin crispy). Then fry on the other sides (no need to press anymore).

Send the fish to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 6 minutes.

Prepare the sauce: bring the cream to a boil in a small saucepan, remove from heat, whisk in the butter, then add honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

- Butter: 60 g

Add broccoli to boiling salted water and cook for two minutes. Then drain the water through a sieve and add salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Prepare salted almonds: chop the nuts finely, add salt and olive oil.

Pour 30 ml of warm sauce into the plate, arrange the broccoli, sprinkle with 5 g of nuts, and place the fish in the center of the plate.
