Meatloaf with cauliflower

Meatloaf with cauliflower is a refined dish of European cuisine that harmoniously combines the tenderness of beef mince with the juicy freshness of vegetables. Cauliflower sautéed in olive oil adds softness and rich flavor to the filling, while bell pepper contributes a light sweetness and aroma. Enhanced with spicy mozzarella and fresh dill, the loaf acquires a special creamy note. Pan-frying creates an appetizing crust, while baking in the oven perfects the dish. It is served with a refreshing salad of tomatoes, bell peppers, and crispy iceberg lettuce dressed with sesame oil. This loaf is an excellent choice for a cozy family dinner or festive table as it is not only delicious but also elegantly presented on the plate.
