Boil the squid and cook the pasta until al dente.

Mix egg yolks with cheese, half of the bottarga, and fish broth, and whisk together.

- Bottarga: 50 g
- Bouillon: 50 ml

Cut the squid and lightly fry it, pour in the prepared sauce and add the pasta, cooking on low heat until the sauce thickens.
