Irkyanki are a traditional Russian dish that embodies a wealth of flavors and textures. These tender caviar patties made with egg, onion, and flour have a soft, juicy consistency and a rich, slightly salty seafood taste. Fried to a golden crust, they acquire an appetizing aroma and crispy texture outside while remaining incredibly soft inside. They pair perfectly with sour cream, fresh herbs, or a light vegetable garnish.
