Sea bass with sauce is an elegant dish of Spanish cuisine that combines the freshness of sea fish with the richness of a fragrant sauce. The recipe is based on tender sea bass fillet infused with the flavors of stewed cherry tomatoes, garlic, and parsley. Olive oil gives the sauce a velvety texture, while slices of crispy white bread complete the composition by adding contrast. This dish is perfect for cozy dinners, bringing notes of the Mediterranean coast to the atmosphere.
