Pea Hummus

60 minutes
Pea hummus is an original take on the traditional Arab dish, where chickpeas are replaced with green peas that add a fresh and sweet flavor. Its creamy texture is achieved through peanut butter, sesame seeds, and sesame oil that create a rich nutty tone. Pickled eggs soaked in a spicy soy marinade add depth of flavor and sophistication. The dish is garnished with basil and pine nuts for an aromatic touch. Hummus is served as a standalone appetizer or as an accompaniment to fresh bread, vegetables, or meat, perfectly pairing with Eastern spices. This dish is both nutritious and light, suitable for gourmets and those who appreciate unique flavor combinations.
