Quick paella is an adaptation of the traditional Spanish dish born in sunny Valencia. In the classic version, paella is made with seafood, chicken, or rabbit, but this simplified recipe makes it accessible for any occasion. The aromas of sautéed vegetables, garlic, and spices blend harmoniously with the softness of rice absorbing the rich broth flavor. Juicy sausages add richness, while fresh tomatoes and olives give the dish a Mediterranean brightness. The ease of preparation makes this paella an ideal option for a quick dinner, and its colorful presentation turns it into a centerpiece on any table.
