- Rice: 1 glass

Turn on the wok to maximum heat on the gas stove. — Heat the empty wok for 15 seconds. — Pour in coconut oil — after 15 seconds, add onion and garlic to the wok. — After 10 seconds, toss in squid and shrimp.
- Coconut oil: 100 ml

Stir constantly — after 1 minute break 2 eggs, whisk the liquid substance of the eggs with a spatula to separate the eggs into many solid small grains. — after 15 seconds add pieces of tomato and continue stirring. — after 10 seconds add boiled rice, pour it with a mixture of soy sauce and sugar, sprinkle with hot pepper to taste and stir everything for the next 3 minutes.
