Diet soufflé from chicken liver
10 servings
70 minutes
Dietary chicken liver soufflé is a refined dish of French cuisine that combines tenderness and rich flavor. Historically, soufflé is associated with lightness and airiness, and this version transforms a traditional meat product into an exquisite dietary delicacy. By using oatmeal instead of flour and egg whites for lightness, the soufflé retains its beneficial properties and becomes an excellent choice for proper nutrition. Its light texture and the delicate taste of liver complemented by the sweetness of carrots and a hint of onion make it ideal for sandwiches, appetizers, or main dishes. It pairs wonderfully with greens and light sauces, offering a healthy and elegant alternative to traditional meat recipes.
