Cranberry juice is one of the most beloved drinks in Russian cuisine, with a unique taste and great benefits. Its history dates back centuries when cranberries were used to strengthen health and maintain energy during harsh winters. The bright, refreshing yet rich flavor with a pleasant tartness makes this juice indispensable in the heat and warming in the cold. It is prepared simply: cranberries release their juice while the remaining berry fibers are boiled with sugar to create a fragrant infusion that is then combined with pure juice. The drink can be consumed hot or cold, and adding a spoonful of honey gives it extra smoothness and benefits. Cranberry juice is not just a drink but a part of traditional Russian gastronomy that combines health, taste, and comfort.

Ready! It turns out to be an excellent, rich, moderately sweet berry drink. For those who like to drink it hot — I recommend adding a spoonful of honey directly into the mug, making the drink even healthier and more aromatic. Warm autumn! :)
