Place flax seeds in a blender and add water.
- Ground flax seeds: 0.3 glass
- Water: 6 glasss

Whip on high power for 1-2 minutes.

Slowly strain the mixture into a large bowl through cheesecloth.

After all the liquid is extracted, pour the milk back into the blender and then strain it again through cheesecloth into a bowl.

Pour milk into the blender, add dates. Blend the mixture on high power for about 2 minutes.
