Chocolate-nut-coffee drink

15 minutes
This delightful chocolate-nut-coffee drink is a true symphony of flavors, harmoniously blending the rich strength of freshly brewed coffee, the gentle nutty softness, and the rich aroma of chocolate. Inspired by European traditions, it evokes cozy cafes in Paris or Vienna where refined hot beverages are served. Nut milk adds creaminess, cocoa and cinnamon add depth, while vanilla sugar provides a light sweetness. Perfect as a refreshing morning elixir or a cozy evening dessert. This drink not only warms but also offers true pleasure with every sip, turning it into a small gastronomic adventure.

1
We make nut milk. We put nuts in a blender and add water. It's better to soak them overnight if you want to drink this beverage in the morning. I only had hazelnuts, but you can use almonds instead. We prepare the milk for about 5-7 minutes, then strain it through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
- Hazelnut: 85 g
- Water: 2 glasss
2
We are brewing coffee. We need good, strong coffee; otherwise, the nut flavor will completely overpower it. I brewed 6 cups in the Nespresso coffee maker.
- Freshly brewed coffee: 0.5 glass
3
We add grated chocolate to our milk, mix it, I am a big chocolate lover, so I added quite a lot. We put it in the microwave for 1.5–2 minutes.
- Milk chocolate: to taste

In a clean blender, add cinnamon, vanilla sugar and regular sugar (if desired), cocoa (add more for a stronger chocolate flavor).
- Ground cinnamon: to taste
- Vanilla sugar: to taste
- Sugar: to taste
- Cocoa powder: to taste
