Tea lemonade

We wash the lemons thoroughly. We remove the zest with a vegetable peeler or a fine grater.
- Lemon: 3 pieces

Pour 0.5 liters of water and place it on the heat. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Remove and let it steep.

Boil 2.5 liters of water and brew tea. Use 5 bags of fruit or citrus tea. Let it steep for 10-15 minutes and remove the bags. Add sugar and stir until fully dissolved.

We cut the lemons into four parts. We slice one part into circles and add it to the tea. We squeeze the juice from the rest and add it to the tea.

Strain the lemon peel infusion and add it to the tea. Mix well, cool down, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
