Mandarin-carrot-pineapple smoothie is a bright combination of sweetness and light acidity made from fresh fruits and vegetables. This drink evokes a summer breeze by blending the exotic taste of pineapple, the citrus freshness of mandarins, and the mild sweetness of carrots. Lime adds balance, giving the smoothie a refreshing note. In Russian cuisine, such smoothies are an excellent way to enjoy natural sweetness without added sugar. They are rich in vitamins, improve mood, and provide energy. This smoothie is an ideal option for morning awakening or a healthy snack. Bright, thick, sunny - it feels like an invitation to a summer day where every sip brings joy and freshness.

1
Clean a piece of pineapple weighing about 1 kg. In my case, it was half of a whole. Remove the core and cut into medium pieces.
- Pineapple: 1 kg
2
Peel the carrot and squeeze out the juice.
- Carrot: 2 pieces
3
For juice, it's better to choose mandarins with firm skin; if using soft-skinned Abkhaz or Turkish ones, increase the quantity to 8, as there will be less juice.
- Tangerines: 6 pieces
4
For acid balance, squeeze juice from 0.5 lime.
- Lime: 0.5 piece
5
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend at maximum speed until smooth.
