Spiced Tea Latte
1 serving
15 minutes
Spiced chai latte is a fragrant and warming drink inspired by traditional Indian masala chai. Its rich flavor comes from the combination of black tea with milk and exotic spices like cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and cloves. The light sweetness of sugar enhances the depth of the spicy notes, while the creaminess of milk makes the taste rounder and softer. This tea is especially good on cool evenings or as a morning ritual that awakens the body and mind. In India, it is often served in small clay cups and enjoyed slowly while soaking in warmth and coziness. Spiced chai latte can be made in various variations by adjusting the amount of spices and adding frothed milk for a special texture.
