The 'Zombie' cocktail is a legendary drink of American cuisine, created in 1934 by Donn Beach, the founder of the tiki bar. This exotic mix of various rums, fruit juices, and liqueurs has a rich, multifaceted flavor: the sweetness of pineapple and orange combines with the depth of rum and light almond notes from apricot liqueur. The 'Zombie' has become iconic among tropical cocktail lovers due to its strength and complex flavor profile. It is often served at parties themed around Hawaii and Tiki, and its striking appearance—with vibrant decor and icy freshness—makes it an essential attribute of exotic relaxation.
