Ice cubes with honey and sunflower seeds are an unusual and refreshing dessert that combines the sweetness of honey with a light nutty note from the seeds. This recipe is easy to prepare but surprises with its originality. Historically, such treats may have emerged as a way to add extra flavor and benefits to drinks.
