Prepare all the ingredients.

Squeeze juice from oranges.
- Oranges: 5 piece

Mix in a pot with tea, add finely chopped ginger, honey, and cinnamon, and place on the heat.
- Black tea: 500 ml
- Ginger: 100 g
- Honey: 2 tablespoons
- Cinnamon: 0.3 teaspoon
