Coffee with spices
1 serving
5 minutes
Spiced coffee is an aromatic drink that combines the rich flavor of roasted coffee beans with warm notes of Eastern spices. The origins of such coffee trace back to ancient traditions of spiced beverages enjoyed in Central Asia and the Middle East. Anise and cardamom give it a deep, spicy aroma, while cinnamon adds a soft sweet bitterness. Prepared over low heat, this coffee reveals a full palette of flavors, creating a harmony of sweetness, bitterness, and spices. Ideal for cozy evenings when you want to warm up and enjoy a rich bouquet of flavors. Served hot, best with a little sugar to highlight the complexity of its spicy notes.
