Pineapple and Peach Sorbet Cocktail

A cocktail with pineapple and peach sorbet is a true embodiment of summer freshness and aristocratic taste. Its roots can be found in the traditions of European gastronomic delights, where fruity notes combined with sparkling wine create a festive atmosphere. The delicate puree of sweet peaches and juicy pineapple, the light spice of cinnamon, and the exquisite bubble dance of champagne turn the drink into a refined pleasure. Chilled fruit sorbet cubes not only refresh but also gradually reveal a wealth of flavors, making each sip unique. An exquisite touch – a sprig of mint – adds freshness and aromatic depth. This cocktail is perfect for a summer dinner on the terrace, a formal reception, or a cozy evening with loved ones. The taste of luxury in every glass!
