Coffee with halva

It doesn't matter what kind of coffee you make: espresso, cappuccino or French press - what matters is what you add to it. Halva cream, replacing milk foam, will definitely sweeten your morning routine. Such a delicious drink is more like an exquisite dessert - it can and should be prepared for guests, poured into a beautiful service and savored every sip.

Mash the halva with a fork. Mechanical grinders won't work: halva has a high fat content, and using a blender will turn it into a dense mass. Heat the milk or cream, but do not boil.
- Halva: 50 g
- Milk: 50 ml

Whip halva and milk for 1–2 minutes with an immersion blender or French press.

Brew coffee in any convenient way: espresso, in a cezve, etc. Coffee brewed in a cezve should be filtered well.
- Ground coffee: 2 teaspoons
- Water: 100 ml

Pour into a cup and add halva with milk. Optionally, you can add: cinnamon, chocolate slices, syrup.
