Blend grapefruit without membranes, banana, mint leaves, makua berries, walnuts, and juice of a third of a lime.
- Grapefruits: 1 piece
- Bananas: 1 piece
- Mint: 1 bunch
- Macua berries: 2 g
- Walnuts: 7 pieces
- Lime: 1 piece

- Water: 200 ml
