To prepare this light and healthy dessert, you will need sprouted wheat. Place the wheat in a shallow bowl, cover it with water for 8 hours, then drain the water and cover it with a damp cloth, placing it in a dark place. Every 6-8 hours, the cloth needs to be moistened. After a day, the wheat is ready.
