Air omelet is a delicate and refined dish of French cuisine that has captured the hearts of gourmets worldwide. Its history dates back to when French chefs began perfecting traditional omelets, achieving ideal texture and richness of flavor. The lightness of the omelet is achieved by carefully whisking eggs with milk, while cheese adds softness and richness.
