Rice porridge with cinnamon and apples is a delicate, aromatic dish inspired by Indian culinary traditions. This combination of airy rice flakes, sweet cinnamon, and caramelized apple creates a harmony of flavors, turning simple porridge into a true dessert. Indian cuisine is famous for its spices, and cinnamon plays a key role in this recipe, adding warmth and depth of flavor. The thick milk cream gives the porridge a velvety texture, while butter adds richness. It's the perfect breakfast that provides energy and warms you on a cool morning. It works well as a standalone dish or as an accompaniment to fresh fruits.
