No-bake granola bars are the perfect snack filled with the natural sweetness of dates, a hint of tartness from cranberries, and nutty richness. This recipe originated in the heart of American cuisine, where healthy and quick fueling methods are valued. The bars require no baking, remaining soft yet dense due to natural binding ingredients. Their flavor is a harmonious blend of sweetness, nutty crunch, and the tenderness of oats. These bars are easy to store; they can be taken on the go, to workouts, or enjoyed at home with a cup of tea. The simplicity of preparation and rich composition make them an ideal option for those who appreciate healthy and nutritious snacks. Each bar is a burst of energy and flavor created by nature.

If you love a roasted flavor, then bake the nuts and flakes in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes, stirring. This step is optional and can be skipped.

Line the mold (a rectangular mold is suitable for bread or lasagna) with baking paper or film. Place the granola mixture and press it down firmly with your hands on top of a sheet of paper.

Place the mold in the freezer for 1 to 8 hours. Then cut the frozen mass into sticks. Unused tiles can be stored in the refrigerator, individually wrapped in film or parchment.
