This exquisite recipe combines the sweetness of ripe cherries and the creamy texture of Mozzarella cheese, sealed in crispy Armenian lavash. The perfect blend of sweet and salty creates a harmony of flavors, complemented by a light citrus note of lemon zest. The dish evokes cozy European desserts but with a hint of Eastern dough-making tradition. Fried in butter, the lavash acquires a golden crust while its filling melts, creating a delightful contrast of textures. This dessert can be served as a morning treat with a cup of aromatic coffee or as an original delicacy for festive tables. Its appeal lies in the simplicity of preparation and the amazing combination of flavors that offers true gastronomic pleasure.
