Cottage cheese-apple casserole with cranberries is a harmonious blend of tender cottage cheese, juicy apples, and the bright tartness of cranberries. Inspired by European culinary traditions, it evokes cozy family evenings over a cup of tea. The casserole has a soft texture where the airy cottage cheese mass is complemented by fruity freshness. The light tartness of cranberries gives it a pronounced flavor, while semolina makes the structure denser. This dish is perfect for breakfast or dessert, especially when paired with vanilla sauce or powdered sugar. An ideal option for those who appreciate the balance between healthiness and sophistication. A wonderful choice for a cozy home treat that can be served warm or chilled.
