Quinoa porridge with sautéed pears

Quinoa is often added to salads and juices, but it also makes excellent porridge.

Rinse the quinoa under cold running water.
- Quinoa: 200 g

Pour quinoa with milk and 150 ml of water, add a pinch of salt, half a teaspoon of sugar, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

Add currants, mix and cook for another 5 minutes, remove from heat, let cool for 4-5 minutes.

Peel the pear and remove the seeds, then cut it into large cubes.

Melt the butter over medium heat, add the remaining sugar, and sauté the pear for 2 minutes until the sugar dissolves.

Serve the porridge on plates and place the pear.
