Vanilla yogurt with cherries, blueberries and marmalade

Vanilla yogurt with cherries, blueberries, and marmalade is a morning delight that combines tenderness and vibrant flavor accents. This recipe is rooted in the traditions of homemade yogurt preparation, where pasteurized milk is infused with vanilla aroma and then transformed into a velvety base. Fresh and juicy cherries, especially when frozen, fill the yogurt with natural sweetness while blueberries add a subtle tartness and freshness. The finishing touch is pieces of grapefruit marmalade that bring unexpected citrus bursts of flavor. This yogurt is not only nutritious but also aesthetically pleasing as the bright berries and transparent marmalade pieces create an appetizing composition. A wonderful choice for breakfast or a light snack, this dessert balances flavors and textures making each spoonful truly special.

For yogurt, pasteurized milk (1 L) is brought to a boil with a split vanilla pod. It cools to body temperature, is mixed with a jar of quality yogurt (removing the vanilla first), and poured into jars. It goes into the yogurt maker for 7 hours. Ready.
- Milk: 1 l
- Vanilla pod: 1 piece
- Natural yoghurt: 150 ml

Now, in the morning, in my opinion, the most pleasant part begins. You need to take cherries (or sour cherries), preferably frozen, so they will release juice, cut 5 berries into 4 pieces, and mix with yogurt.
- Frozen cherries: 5 piece
3
Now fresh blueberries are needed. They are carefully placed on top.
- Blueberry: 7 pieces

After that, one grapefruit marmalade candy is taken (there's a type that looks like candies, the right one, it even says it's for slimness)))))) in general — its texture is the most suitable), cut into small squares and placed on top of the blueberries.
- Grapefruit Marmalade: 40 g

Now everyone is free to act as they wish, as the mix rule applies. Inside is a vanilla-cherry yogurt mixed with unexpected bursts of grapefruit marmalade and delicate blueberries.
