Cottage cheese breakfast with bananas in a steamer is a delicate and airy dish filled with the soft taste of cottage cheese and a sweet exotic hint of banana. This recipe is perfect for a light morning meal, combining protein richness and healthy carbohydrates. Semolina gives structure while vanilla adds a subtle aroma. Steamed preparation makes it especially healthy and dietary, preserving all the natural flavors of the ingredients. The origins of this dish trace back to European culinary traditions where simple and nutritious breakfasts are valued. It can be served warm, complemented with berries, honey or nuts. Such a breakfast not only satisfies but also creates a cozy mood for the entire day, offering tenderness with every bite.

1
Soak the semolina for 30 minutes, pour milk over it (just enough to cover, very little, otherwise it will be a mush, not a casserole).
- Semolina: 1 tablespoon
- Whole milk: 2 tablespoons
2
We mash the cottage cheese in a bowl, add an egg, sugar, and vanillin.
- Cottage cheese 1.8%: 200 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Vanillin: pinch
3
Add the swollen semolina to the resulting mass.
- Semolina: 1 tablespoon

Bananas. I usually peel them, cut them lengthwise, then cut those halves again lengthwise, then chop into small pieces and add to the mix. You can slice them into rounds and layer them — bananas, mixture, bananas, mixture, etc.
- Bananas: 2 pieces

Now for the most interesting part. Place the mixture and bananas in a rice container (sold with the steamer). Cover with foil and place on the first tier of the steamer. Set the timer for 30-35 minutes.
- Cottage cheese 1.8%: 200 g
- Bananas: 2 pieces
