Chop the mushrooms and fry for 10 minutes.
- Fresh mushrooms: 120 g
- Vegetable oil: 50 ml

Cut the cheese and sausage into thin strips.
- Semi-smoked sausage: 100 g

Break two eggs into a glass, add milk, mix, then pour this mixture into a deep frying pan.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Milk 3.5%: 50 ml
