Potato waffles are an original dish of Russian cuisine inspired by the love for potato pancakes and waffles. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, they create a harmony of flavors through the combination of potatoes, onions, and spices. Fried in a waffle maker, they acquire an appetizing golden crust, and adding crab sticks and shrimp in a salad presentation makes the dish unusual and festive. They are perfect for breakfast, snacks or a light dinner. They can be served with sour cream and herbs for added freshness. This recipe has become popular among lovers of unusual variations of familiar dishes, turning the everyday ingredient - potato - into a gourmet treat. Waffles delight not only with their taste but also with their aesthetics, and their unique texture makes each serving unforgettable.
