Pumpkin and apple pudding

Peel the pumpkin from the skin and seeds, rinse, cut into small cubes, and simmer in milk until half-cooked. Peel the apple and chop it, add it to the pumpkin, and simmer until the pumpkin is fully cooked.
- Pumpkin: 100 g

While stirring constantly, slowly add semolina and keep on low heat for 10 minutes. Cool the resulting mass, add sugar and half of the yolk. Mix and add half of the whipped egg white.

Place the mixture in a buttered mold. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Before serving, drizzle with melted butter.
