Take a tall cup and place a funnel inside. Put a doubled cheesecloth on the funnel and add yogurt to it. Cover the cup with yogurt with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 24 hours. After 24 hours, take the yogurt out of the fridge and pour out the liquid that has separated from the yogurt.
- Soy yogurt: 500 g

Put yogurt in a bowl, add salt and lemon juice. Mix everything well to get cheese that can be spread on bread.
