In a bowl, whisk together eggs with milk, flour, cocoa, vegetable oil, salt, and 40 grams of sugar.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Milk: 500 ml
- Wheat flour: 250 g
- Cocoa: 50 g
- Vegetable oil: 50 ml
- Salt: pinch
- Sugar: 90 g

Add baking soda and whisk again. The dough should be thick and airy, similar to sour cream. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Soda: 0.5 teaspoon

Heat the pan over medium heat and fry pancakes about 7–8 cm in diameter. If desired, you can brush the pancakes with butter.
- Vegetable oil: 50 ml

Boil cherries with fifty grams of sugar in a saucepan and serve with pancakes as jam.
