Vareniki with cottage cheese, berry sauce and sour cream

Prepare the dough. Combine kefir, egg, 800 grams of flour, 2 grams of salt and knead the dough. Roll out the resulting dough. Take a ring with a diameter of 10 cm and cut out circles from the dough.
- Kefir: 500 ml
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Wheat flour: 800 g
- Salt: 3 g

Prepare the filling: combine vegetable oil, powdered sugar, cottage cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar.
- Vegetable oil: 20 ml
- Powdered sugar: 80 g
- Cottage cheese: 500 g
- Vanilla sugar: 30 g

Place about 10-12 grams of filling in the resulting dough circles. Pinch the ends of the circle together by joining the two ends.

Send the dumplings to a pot of boiling water and cook for 8 minutes.

While the dumplings are boiling, prepare the sauce. Blend the berries, add chopped apple, and blend again. Add tarragon, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix everything again.
- Frozen cherries: 700 g
- Red currant: 200 g
- Frozen strawberries: 300 g
- Apple: 400 g
- Tarragon: 20 g
- Sugar: 200 g
- Cinnamon: 1 g

Take the dumplings out of the pot and place them in berry sauce. Sprinkle with blueberries on top. Serve with sour cream.
