Place olive oil, butter, salt, and garlic in a blender bowl and blend until smooth. Add parsley and blend again.

Cut the baguette in half and spread with the prepared butter

Combine the two halves, wrap tightly in foil, and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
