Clean the onion and garlic. Slice the onion into thin half-rings, and chop the garlic finely. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
- Onion: 1 piece

In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, add onion and sauté over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Then add chopped tomatoes, cumin, oregano, salt and cook for another 5 minutes. The tomato sauce should thicken.
- Vegetable oil: 4 tablespoons

Add canned beans (drained) and cook for about 3 more minutes.

So, the main filling is ready. Now prepare the vegetables - wash the lettuce leaves, slice the avocado, and cut the cherry tomatoes into rounds. Squeeze juice from the lime.

Before wrapping the burrito, you need to heat the tortillas. Hold the tortilla on a hot skillet for 10 seconds on each side.

Let's start laying the filling. First, place a leaf of lettuce (you can also use spinach or arugula). On top, add 2 tablespoons of beans, and on top of that - cherry tomatoes (a few slices, I added 4-5 slices).

Top with a few slices of avocado and drizzle with a teaspoon of lime juice.

Fold the sides of the tortilla and press them against the filling.

With your thumbs, lift the lower edge of the tortilla, cover the filling with it, and roll the burrito away from yourself.

To make it easier to eat, you can wrap the burrito in foil. Before serving, cut the burrito in half.
