Baguette Bread Cups

Baguette cups are an original dish inspired by Italian cuisine that combines the crispy texture of fresh baguette with a juicy, aromatic filling. The origins of this recipe can be linked to the tradition of using bread as a base for appetizers in Mediterranean cooking. The crispy baguette serves as an ideal container for a filling of ham, feta cheese, bell peppers, and tomatoes, complemented by a delicate chicken egg and melted cheese. Baked to a golden crust, these miniature cups delight with their rich flavor, blending salty and sweet notes with a hint of herb spiciness. A great solution for buffets, festive tables or cozy family dinners. Convenient and appetizing, they are easy to pick up by hand and pair wonderfully with a glass of white wine.
