Homemade roll with salmon and cheese

Homemade roll with salmon and cheese is a delicate blend of Japanese cuisine with light notes of freshness. Salmon, known for its soft, buttery flavor, pairs wonderfully with herb cream cheese that adds a creamy texture to the dish. Fresh dill and green salad enhance the aroma while crispy cucumber refreshes the composition. Instead of traditional seaweed, Armenian lavash is used, making the roll not only original but also convenient for quick preparation. This roll is perfect for a light dinner or snack; it can be taken on the go or served at a festive table as an exquisite appetizer. The simplicity of preparation and richness of flavor make it a favorite dish for many gourmets.
